Delete your account & data

Research Radar · Last updated: 2026-06-11

The short version: email android-support@slick-engineering.com and we permanently delete all of your server-side data within 30 days. On iOS you can also remove your synced data yourself in Settings.

Research Radar stores your data under an anonymous account identifier — we never hold your name, email address, or contacts (see the Privacy Policy). Here is how to remove it all.

Request full deletion (all platforms)

Email android-support@slick-engineering.com with the subject "Delete my account and data" from the device you use Research Radar on.

We permanently delete all server-side data tied to your account within 30 days (usually within a couple of business days). Backups are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery and are then permanently destroyed.

iOS — remove your iCloud data yourself

Your topics also sync to your private iCloud database, which only you can access. To erase it without waiting on us:

This removes the iCloud-synced copy. To also clear the server-side copy (summaries, credit balance, purchase records), send the deletion email above.

Delete only some data (and keep your account)

You don't have to delete everything. Inside the app, delete an individual topic (swipe, or open the topic and remove it) — that topic, its schedule, and all of its generated summaries are permanently removed from our servers.

What gets deleted

A full deletion permanently removes, from our servers:

Note on credits: Research Radar has no subscriptions and nothing recurring to cancel. Any unused credits are forfeited when your account is deleted and are not refundable through deletion — for a refund of an unused purchase, use Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) before deleting your account.
